Job Responsibilities:

• Assist developers in setting up code, tests and debugs new and/or existing software.
• Provides basic technical support to clients.
• Acts in a support capacity to more intermediate and senior development staff members.
• Supports and assists senior developers in developing codes, tests and debugs of software
  programs and enhancements to meet project plan goals.
• Works under guidance from senior software developers.
• Assists with repairing coding problems.
• Provides technical support to internal clients on existing problems, escalates as appropriate.
• Monitors trends and results from technical support calls to advises senior team members
  on performance of existing systems

Must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Electrical or Electronics/ Mathematics or related field or equivalent degree
