Job Responsibilities:

• Work in Agile Scrum process, working in collaboration with other engineers.
• Involve in requirements gathering.
• Discuss the cloud server infrastructure and other server requirements from the stakeholders.
• Discuss the requirements & plan in scrum meetings.
• Analyze the application infrastructure requirements, the current system, required resources.
• Plan architecture.
• Design secure AWS cloud server infrastructure solutions.
• Define project technical design specifications, system diagram, and security & deployment policies.
• Implement infrastructure, build and install computer infrastructure, encompassing hardware, servers, and virtual machines using VMware environment such as vSphere, vSAN, and other VMware products and platforms.
• Create user account for production environment.
• Configure and control access to networks following network engineering best practices.
• Manage storage and security settings at all levels including firewalls, servers, networks, and operating systems.
• Assess, evaluate, test, and validate the computer infrastructure built and ensure that all details are correct, from software code to configuration settings, in order to avoid malfunctions, bugs, and security breaches.
• Monitor, maintain the hardware, servers, networks, and application in the cloud infrastructure for regular monitoring daily and pinpoint problem areas.
• Design, install monitoring scripts, dashboards, alerts.
• Design and install software upgrades, new releases, and application patches; on a less frequent basis, update drivers, servers, and firmware with newer technology.
• Provide technical support to clients; provide on call support; promptly respond to issues reported by clients.
• Conduct root cause analysis of the issues happened.
• Test various testing scenarios for thorough resolution; troubleshoot, debug, and determine the main source of product issues and provide quick, elegant solutions. work on infrastructure performance data analytically.
• Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders to explain complex topics in layman’s terms.
• Participate heavily in planning client infrastructures.
• Gathering system data, researching possible solutions, developing, and presenting their design ideas, and thoughtfully evaluating suggestions from other stakeholders.
• Evaluate industry trends and assist in implementing standards and best practices.
• Provide recommendations for setting up best and cost-effective infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all system-related processes and procedures including project requirements, changes and upgrades, implementation plans, and support tickets.
• Create routine summary reports for clients or internal management.
• Write technical documentation about infrastructure design, quality standards, testing procedures, and other essential project information; interpret diagrams and system plans.

Skills Requirement:

• Must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Electrical or Electronics/ Mathematics or related field or equivalent degree.
• Others:  Python, Java,Javascript, Mysql, Git, Azure, VMWare,vSphere, vSAN, Docker or Kubernetes, XML, SOAP
