Job Summary:

eGrove Systems is currently looking for a Customer Service Associate to work from our Chennai office.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to our clients via chat, email and phone
  • Collect customer needs and provide assistance in a fast-paced environment
  • Resolve customer issues through available resources and escalate to appropriate team when
    needed
  • Schedule product demos and do follow ups when needed
  • Involve in social media campaigns to promote products and services

Skills Requirement:

  • A Bachelor’s degree equivalent in Computer Science/ Applications, Information Technology,
    Engineering Management or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Experience responding promptly to inquiries via chat and ticketing system
  • Experience working independently or with a minimal supervision
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Digital Marketing experience is a plus
