Job Responsibilities:

• Provide software product and mobile application – production support, maintenance.
• Raise bugs in the production support tool.
• Improve the application with enhancements and new features.
• Maintain application through activities such as OS version upgrades, updates and fixes.
• Coordinate with client team to review and priorities the enhancement list.
• Test the application on the devices such as iPhone, Android phone, iPad, and Android Tablet.
• Manage code, check-in the Source Code into the designated repository and create release notes.
• Complete the required documentation prior to deploying the application into production.
• Repair defects and enhancements.
• Lead defect triage meetings, update notes, and required documentation during triage and defects fix.
• Provide production go-live support in the deployment of Source Code and applications into the production environment.
• The deployment includes migrating all applications and software to the appropriate production platform using the approved tools for version control and change management process in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Work with coordinators, project managers, business analysts, information security, technical architect/lead and other team members to ensure smooth change management process and ensure policies and procedures are followed

Skills Requirement:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Electrical or Electronics/ Mathematics or related field or equivalent degree.
• Others: Java, J2EE, Android Java, Java Mobile, Objective-C, Swift, iOS, C, C++, Struts, Spring, MySQL, SQLite, REST, SOAP, Android Studio, Eclipse, Apache Tomcat, Jboss
