Job Summary :

eGrove is looking for HR Assistant to work in US Shift.The main job duties of the described position is to prepare HR process documentation. The skills of MS-Office documentation is essential for this job. The knowledge of US recruitment and staffing process is preferable. Experience and knowledge about immigration process cycle would be an added advantage. The candidate should have good English (US) written and oral communication skills

Job Description:

• Must have ability to review and correct the existing documents and documents prepared by other
• Create, Organize documents and reports
• Must be able to do HR recruitment, staffing and immigration process related documents as assigned using his/ her English proficiency skills
• Must be able to respond to clients related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Coordinate with US candidates and schedule interviews with clients/ vendors
• Must be willing to work in flexible timings as this role requires communication with US based stakeholders

Skills Requirement:

• A Bachelor’s degree equivalent in Computer Science/ Applications, Information Technology, Engineering Management or relevant field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of Human Resource process and best practices
• Experience and proficient in MS Office software and Document Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to task juggling
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be a quick learner
