Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain software define network (SDN) infrastructure.
• Create, request, and present technical specifications and requirements.
• Perform network hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
• Support Level 2 and Level 3 Engineers for problems identified with systems and network, and act as an escalation support.
• Interface with third party vendors as liaison between client and vendor.
• Plan and implements system automation to improve service efficiency and consistency.
• Create thorough documentation records of design specifications and instructional manuals as necessary to enable Managed Services personnel to be effective in understanding and managing the network infrastructure.
• Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Implementing disaster recovery procedures.
• Optimizing network hardware and software to enable VMware integration.
• Design, implement and support VMware cloud foundation – Software defined datacenter solution and their eco system to support the hybrid cloud infrastructure

Skills Requirement:

• Must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Electrical or Electronics/ Mathematics or related field or equivalent degree
• Others:  VMware Software Define Network Virtualization, VMware Photon OS, Hybrid Cloud virtualization, Arista Network routers and Switches, IT Operation management tool, VISIO, VMware NSX-T , VMware Cloud Foundation, VMware, Arista Networks 4. Firewall and Security
