Job Description:

The ideal candidate is responsible for designing of the test plans and scripts scenarios for enterprise web and mobile applications. Candidate is responsible to conduct tests for system modifications, new features integrations and prepare for test exection. Candidate must also develop various software testing programs to address issues such as impact on databases, negative testing and error or bug retests. Candidate must document the software defects using a bug tracking system and give a detailed report to the software developers and stake holders when required. Candidate is also responsible to identify, analyse and document problems in the software and also needs to monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes of application functionalities periodically. Candidate is responsible for conducting manual testing, automation testing using tools, stress testing, load testing, API testing and crawler testing. The candidate is also responsible to plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with release dates of the software and products. The candidate is also responsible to review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance or completeness or mitigate risks. Candiate is expected to lend his support in product design reviews and provide inputs on functional requirements, product designs, schedules or potential problems.

Skills Requirement:

• A bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent education is must.
• Must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Technology/ Information Systems or related field or equivalent degree.
• Testing Skills – Manual Testing, Automation testing, Regression Testing, Stress testing, API testing, Crawler testing
• Automation Testing Tools – QTP, Selenium, Selindroid, Perl scripting, SOAP UI, Postman
• Other tools & technologies – .NET, Java, J2EE, SAP, PHP, Magento, Drupal, WordPress, MySQL, SQL
• Markup language – HTML
• Database – MySQL, PGSQL, DB2
