Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be required to analyze website and its search engine results, develop performance metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), coordinate with project personnel for the improvement of the website performance and implement internet search strategies.
  • Setup up analytics tools for tracking visitors’ behaviors and other tracking information.
  • Provide user access and ensure secured authentication process in-place.
  • Analyze the website and other related online data to track trends and usage metrics.
  • Analyze the market data, customer data and competitor data.
  • Conduct a financial modeling for online marketing programs and website revenue forecasting that will define the budgets for online marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other key metrics from digital campaigns.
  • Conduct market research analysis to collect, analyze web metrics; identify search query trends, real-time search, social signals, market opportunities and also competitor performances.
  • Responsible to handle Google Webmaster tools and Google Analytics to collect these metrics and research data
  • Responsible to optimize assigned websites and its other online assets like blog, forum etc. The optimization elements includes HTML/ web pages, digital assets including texts, graphics or images, multimedia assets like video, GIF images.
  • Also, responsible to optimize for search engine display, visibility and usability on internet connected devices.
  • Implement online customer service processes to ensure positive and consistent user experiences.
  • Prepare visual graphics representations of information for websites.
  • Responsible to improve search-related activities through recursive analysis, continuous experimentation and optimization tests like A/B testing methods.
  • Optimize websites by analyzing search engine patterns by placement of keywords and other meta-content.
  • Responsible to do link building by improving the practice of strategically placing the hyperlinks by content authors of the website.
  • Manage Team Room repository and also determine the value loss impact and criticality of assets with respect to breaches.
  • Monitor, audit and analyze the security issues and conduct security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Identify security issues, risks, and develop mitigation plans and procedures.
  • Negotiate and place website listings in local search engines and directories.
  • Responsible for branding of the company and product in online, web sites and other internet media.
  • Responsible for maintaining the website performance in search engines.
  • Responsible to defining product requirements, website design requirements, interface guidelines, implementation guidelines, website architecture review and other online marketing strategy planning assisting product owners.
  • Collaborating with project team members like software engineers and programmers for user interface design and other product engineering requirements.
  • Assist in developing system implementation guidelines.
  • Performs keyword research, advice keyword placements in websites etc. for maintaining the performance of the website in search engines.
  • Implementing advertising and other online marketing campaigns, online search campaigns including paid ads,affiliate programs, social media websites promotions, sponsorship programs, email promotions and other campaigns in social media websites. She will implement social media campaigns and manage banners, videos, and
    other link ad campaigns to drive traffic, visitors to the website.
  • Prepare design mock-ups, prototypes, and storyboards using graphics design software like MS-PowerPoint, Photoshop, MS-Excel etc, to assist developers & designers for better content and keyword placements in the web pages.
  • Prepare manuals to describe procedures for SEO meta-information maintenance by webmasters, developers in the website.
  • Prepare regular reports about, website performance, keyword research and analysis, ranking reports, analytics reports, design recommendations, website fixes required the list to developers, web masters and upper management and provide recommendations and suggestions to management for the search engine optimization strategy.

 

Skills Requirement:

  • A Bachelor’s degree equivalent in Computer Science/ Applications, Information Technology, Engineering Management or relevant field.
  • Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO.
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Familiarization Google analytics.
  • Experience with website optimization tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
