Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the Technical Architect to maintain the application.
• Experience in leading the team and apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues.
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and methods.
• Work on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation.
• Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined patterns and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
• Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
• Represent the organization to external customers/clients.

Skills requirement:

• Should have the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Hands on experience in applications using Java/ J2EE, EJB, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Spring Portal.
• Demonstrate proficiency working with databases – Oracle 11g and TOAD for Oracle.
• Expert in JSP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, DWR, jQuery, Bootstrap, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Expert Experience in designing and deploying BPM workflow solutions using Adobe Live Cycle and Adobe AEM.
• Experience on version control systems such as Tortoise and CVS.
• Experience participating or leading projects using an Agile methodology.
• Experience in the transition and transformation of large complex software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability present to both technical and business audiences
