Job Description:

• Gather requirements for Cloud-based Android mobile application development project; Follow agile scrum methodology & work with project stakeholders; participate in scrum meetings, spring meetings to discuss requirements, define the plan, prepare for daily and weekly demo; document requirements using JIRA
• Analyze software requirements; convert functional requirements into technical, compliance and detailed software specification document; design application workflow, mobile application screen storyboards & user journey; plan for implementation of mobile app interfaces, API integrations; evaluate requirements and provide estimation; plan for the unit testing process.
• Develop and write code for Android mobile application screens using Android Java, Android Studio; write program code to update mobile application information, content according to process flow; integrate with web services provided for back end communications with application servers and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot program issues, application workflow issues; provide support and maintain source code versions for the mobile applications using source code version control system; setup and implement mobile app and payment security measures using encryption techniques; identify, resolve issues reported by customers; debug, troubleshoot and provide technical support to resolve issues in mobile applications.
• Write unit test cases, test programs; evaluate and test mobile applications code and functionality using different devices, simulators, and emulators for functionality, performance, security, usability and data and compliance standards.
• Prepare detailed workflow documentation, technical documentation, user manuals, design specifications, guidelines, application support guide, installation procedures, etc.; demonstrate epics, user stories, application functionality, user journeys, storyboards, operation procedures to the project stakeholders and clients.

Skills Requirement:

• Must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Technology/ Information Systems or related field or equivalent degree.
