Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings among project team for requirements gathering, brainstorming, scrum team grooming sessions, sprint planning & estimation, daily scrum meetings, weekly sprint, sprint retrospective meetings.
• Manage, schedule, evaluate project health, dashboard reporting of the assigned projects.
• Plan for the project and analyze the requirements.
• Define the implementation plan and deliverables for the sprint.
• Work closely with the product owner to produce artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burn down reports.
• Collect different project information, objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding and staffing from stakeholders
• Create requirement specifications, user stories and tasks and assign tasks to resources.
• Assess the customer requirements and priorities by communicating with stake holders and prepare work breakdown structure (WBS), SWOT analysis report
• Execute and manage projects adherence to project allotted budget, resource, schedule and scope.
• Update the project plans and schedule if any required and manage the resources
• Collaborate cross functional teams and other internal and external stakeholders to remove impediments.
• Monitor and track the project progress, tasks completed, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage overall performance and delivery of cross-functional teams and identify the problems prevailing and resolve the same.
• Facilitate and manage change requests and its budgets and approvals
• Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Defect Report (QC dashboard report & multiple excel reports), Checklists, Job Aids, Test Readiness Review Documents and Test Summary Reports using JIRA and other similar tools.
• Validate the test cases, review and conduct the system tests on the software modules that were developed and ensure the validity, structure, standards and compliances for best practices.
• Responsible to conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) and ensure client or project owners understands the deliverables and getting completion sign-offs
• Collaborate with project personnel to identify information technology issues and resolve those problems.
• Responsible to demonstrate, teach and explain the software system and project information through presentations, demos, user manuals, technical reports or white papers.
• Prepare reports to the management and the project stakeholders like project status reporting, weekly reporting, meeting reports, schedule reports, risk mapping reports, resolution reports, cost & budget reporting, resource allocation reports

Skills Requirement:

• Must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology/ Information Systems or related field or equivalent degree.
