Job Description:

The ideal candidate is responsible for gathering business requirements, analyze, design and develop Business & Technical requirement specific document. The candidate is also responsible for designing integration architecture, demonstrate the solution architecture to clients and develop the application and reusable components. The candidate will be working with project stakeholders to collect analytical data from different data sources and integrate into ETL system. The candidate will provide business intelligence data from BI tool to clients and help them in the decision-making process in the business. The candidate will provide the technical solution and interact with clients for incorporating change requests.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the project in Agile/ SCRUM based project structure.
• Participate and involve in daily SCRUM and recurring product backlog meetings & practices.
• Work with internal and end business clients to develop requirements, plans and implementation systems enhancements to the named applications using CASE tools and documentation tools.
• Analyze the existing system and plan for the implementation, migration plan, troubleshoot, support & testing strategies.
• Design BI reports; develop and implement custom reports using BI tools.
• Designing end-to-end subject area components using PLSQL, Java and XML.
• Develop software applications related to the subject area according to software requirements specification.
• Assist client and client staffs for preparing custom reports.
• Perform peer-to-peer code reviews and code documentation using standards and best practices like Java Standards, PLSQL coding standards.
• Build solutions for issues, prepare unit test plans & technical design documents and conduct bug-triage support for break-fix analysis.
• Develop and troubleshoot complex technical issues, support implementation and ensure the availability of the named applications/systems.
• Identify and coordinate data related issue resolutions.
• Provide pro-active technical support to customers and operation support team.
• Maintain comprehensible support documentation for new projects and support issues.
• Conduct application upgrades, patches and approve changes to the application systems software or hardware as required.

Skills Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent education is must.
• Primary : C#, ASP.NET, Java, J2EE
• Secondary : Windows Mobile SDK, Azure Web Services, SOAP & RESTful Web services
• Databases :, Oracle, SQL, DB2, MySQL, PL/SQL, MongoDB
• Markup and Scripting languages : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, Angular JS, Perl, XML
• OS : Unix, Linux
• Tools: tools like Informatica ETL tool, Cognos 10, SAP HANA ,SQL Plus, Toad, SQL Navigator, PLSQL Developer, and Query Analyzer
• Certifications : IBM Certified Designer on  Cognos 10 BI Reports, Teradata Certified Professional, Certified Developer on Apache  Cassandra will be added advantage.
