Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Support Telco Networks/OSS Domain.
  • Deployment & support for IBM Watson AIOps for Telecommunications OSS Domain.
  • Design and Develop Netcool based solutions for Telecom clients (Omnibus, Impact, DASH/Jazz SM, ITNM).
  • Design & Development Netcool with South Bound integrations involving 3gpp standard interfaces like Corba, SNMP, ASCII etc. and non-standard interfaces.
  • Configuring message bus probe and gateway for Kafka and Webhooks.
  • Develop & Support Probe rules file.
  • Design and Develop Impact policy and operator view for Dashboards, Correlations and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Develop and support NOI Analytics for Log Analysis, Seasonal & Predictive analysis.
  • Build & Maintain UNIX OS Platform such as AIX, Linux.
  • Automate Backups using Perl & Shell scripting.
  • Develop and Support Web-based applications using Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, REST.

Skills Requirement:

  • Must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Electrical or Electronics/ Mathematics or related field or equivalent degree.
  • Others:  Omnibus, Impact, DASH/Jazz SM, ITNM, interfaces like Corba, SNMP, ASCII, Kafka and Webhooks, AIX, Linux, Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, REST.
