Responsibilities:

• Ensure Agile & SAFe for Enterprise Marketing Management team are working towards the organization goals.
• Facilitator, mentor, Referee, Conscience, Canary, Impediment manager and bridge.
• Facilitate Meetings – Daily Stand up, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retro & Planning, PI Planning preparation, PI Planning, Post PI Planning activities and Tracking progress with Weekly and Bi-Weekly reporting.
• Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset. Helps the team embrace SAFe Core Values, adopt and apply SAFe Principles, and implement SAFe practices.
• Supports the team rules, lightweight and responsible for reinforcing team rules including rules of Scrum, Built-In Quality practices from Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, Work in Process (WIP) limits from Kanban, and any other process rules the team has agreed.
• Facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals, help the team focus on daily and Iteration Goals in the context of current Program Increment (PI) Objectives and improve efficiency.
• Leads team efforts in relentless improvement and facilitates the team retrospective.
• Conduct Weekly and monthly review meetings with team members
• Teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves.
• Supports the Product Owner and manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.
• Eliminates impediments, promote SAFe quality practices and build a high-performing team
• Protects and communicates with team and facilitate team communication.
• Responsibilities on the train, coordinates with other teams and facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events
• Supports estimating and Program Increment Planning by creating the Epic, Stories and task as needed used as reporting metrics accordingly.

Skills Requirement:

• A bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent education is must.
• Primary : Scrum, SAFe Agile, .NET, PHP, Python, Java, J2EE, REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
• Secondary : CASE tools documentation, Clear Case, Visio, Jira, MVP, MVC, OOPS, Design Patterns, Cloud & Distributed architecture
• Databases : Oracle, SQL, DB2, MySQL, PL/SQL, MongoDB
• Markup and Scripting languages : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, Angular JS, Perl, XML
• OS : Windows, Unix, Linux
