Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow Agile Scrum process and participate in sprint meetings, daily and weekly meetings
  • Discuss about project in daily and weekly scrum meetings including project requirements, feasibility, project plan & implementation plan.
  • Understand the business processes, how the application supports the business processes, and apply this knowledge to best solve problems
  • Translating business requirements into functional and technical design, building prototypes, creating process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), leading testing and training activities, defining support procedures and SLAs and supporting implementations post go-live.
  • Understands dependencies and interrelationships between functional components of Hyperion
  • Essbase BSO and ASO cubes – Outlines, dimensions, measures, members, metadata administration with ability to design and configure databases, complex calculations, optimization and troubleshooting issues. Hybrid experience is highly preferred.
  • Employ knowledge of Essbase to facilitate better deployment of Hyperion Planning, application security, and other interface tools.
  • Strong Calculation script experience
  • Strong knowledge of data integration tools
  • Automation, SQL, Batch scripting, Esscmd and MaxL
  • Experience with building Financial Reports and batches.
  • Create documentation for supported applications
  • Drill-through (Essbase Studio or Drill Bridge) knowledge is helpful


Skills Requirement:

  • A bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering or relevant degree in science, technology, management is required.
  • Primary: C, C++, Java, HTML, Java, J2EE
  • Secondary: Enterprise Business Intelligence
  • Database Tools, Packages, Utilities: Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Reporting, Oracle Data Integrator, My SQL,PGSQL, Excel Add-in, Smart View
  • Framework, Markup & Scripting: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
  • OS & Server Tools: Mac, Ubuntu (Linux), Linux, UNIX, Windows
