Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, facilitate, and coordinate the project meetings and agile ceremonies with an agile team for the development of information technology projects
  • Bring consensus to establish, draft and execute a project communication plan among the agile team; involve in the requirements gathering; review, or approve modifications to the project plans; schedule work activities, events, programs and work for others in the project team when required
  • Manage geographically spread Engineering teams; interlock with cross-functional teams, engineering collaboration in different geographies to align with business strategy
  • Analyze the requirements, interpret the meaning to the project team, the business problem, solution and what to build; prepare and manage work breakdown structure (WBS); evaluate and conducts risk assessments in the implementation and also develop response strategies for the risks
  • Prepare and update project plans, objectives, technologies, systems and architecture information data & functional flow specifications, work schedules, project funds, and resource requirements; plan, prioritize and organize the work schedule; analyze and evaluate results, to make decisions to choose the best solutions in order to solve problems
  • Assign tasks, responsibilities to the project personnel and coordinate with other software engineers
  • Manage project execution by tracking project milestones and deliverables to ensure project budget control, project schedule, quality compliances, and scope
  • Prepare and track the project status reports & metrics by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project development status
  • Monitor the performance of project team members and provide performance feedback documents
  • Keeping track of changes, risk mitigations, and change the project plan accordingly.
  • Involve in the development, coding, testing, and integration of the modules being developed; verify data and its flow, validation rules in the application.
  • Handle the management responsibility for customer support negotiations and handling highest level Escalations
  • Guide the project team and motivating the team for keeping objectives, standards, and delivery performances; evaluate and train the team after identifying their training required for the project program through classroom or technical training

Skills Requirement:

  • Must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Software Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Electrical or Electronics/ Mathematics or related field or equivalent degree
  • Others: PHP, Python, Node, Android Java, MySQL, SQL, PGSQL, WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Cloud databases, JIRA, Unix, SOAP, RESTful, Agile Scrum, Apache Tomcat, Linux
