Job Responsibilities:
- Coach the Scrum Team, Product Owner and the organization in Scrum and Agile to embrace the roles, mindset, values, principles and practices.
- Role model the agile values, principles and behaviors and drives improvement and innovative thinking around agile both internally and externally.
- Provide formal and informal training to build capability within the team and the wider organization.
- Apply different mentoring techniques relevant to the individual and situation to support and grow the team.
- Create an environment of high collaboration, continuous flow and relentless improvement for the team to flourish.
- Facilitate making the work, progress, risks, dependencies and blockers visible to raise transparency and to inspect and adapt.
- Facilitate and drive Program increment planning to prioritize work quarterly.
- Focus on team dynamics and culture to create an ever-improving self-organizing team.
- Build own knowledge and experience in a number of specialty areas to build capability both within the team and the wider community (e.g. TDD, OKRs, Agile testing, Business readiness, tooling, training).
- Participate and contribute to the agile community.
- Embed in the team ownership and accountability for creating increments of value every sprint which meet their Definition of Done.
Skills Requirement:
- Must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Electrical or Electronics/ Mathematics or related field or equivalent degree
- Others: Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe), modern software delivery (TDD, BDD, CI, CD)
