Job Duties

• Provide production support and maintenance for software products and mobile applications.
• Log, track, and resolve production bugs and defects using the designated support tool.
• Develop enhancements and new features, including OS upgrades, updates, and fixes.
• Coordinate with client teams to review and prioritize the enhancement and defect backlog.
• Perform testing across iOS and Android devices (phones and tablets) to ensure quality releases.
• Manage source code, documentation, release notes, and support go-live deployments following change management procedures.
